Not able to delete a file on my Nokia E71

I put some files under "C:\" but I can not see or find them in the cell. I copied them again but this time in "C:\DATA\" and I am able to see them and open them.
My problem is that I can not delete the files from "C:\" in my E71. I can copy them to my computer and access and delete them in my computer.

How can I delete files from "C:\" on my E71 ???


I use a MACBOOK Pro 10.6.4
