I recently purchased a PSP 3000 and the Game Elite Squadron. The game played completely fine through the different modes, and the campaign, untill I got to the very end, at which point after playing the final battle in the final map, the game just goes to a black screen. The system doesn't become completely unresponsive as the PS button still works. Has anyone experienced this problem? I tried taking the UMD out and putting it back in but this has no effect. The disc speeds up for a second and then slows down and stops. The memory card indicator is not flashing or anything, although the game might be at a point where it saves, it has had no trouble saving before, and the memory card is not full. Other games save fine as well. Disc does not appear scratched or anything. This has happened twice.

Sorry for the long post, I thought it might be best to provide as much info as possible.
As this is my first game for the PSP I'm completely unexperienced in why a game would crash or how to go about fixing it so any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks.
