i keep getting the game could not be started "80020148" error when i run gracz54 mac address changer v2 I'm trying to run this so i can change my mac and play games online with my friend but the program wont even start can any 1 help me m running custom software 5.00 m33-6
and if any 1 wants to know i have already tried changing to normal umd needed putting a umd in and running mac address changer and also have tried kernel 1.50 and disabling stuff in advanced in recovery menu so don't give me any of those answers coz Ive tried em many times some 1 plz help me
What exactly are you trying to do with a new Mac address? I think you didn't understand why you can't go online or what a MAC address is at all. A Mac address is simply an identifier for your hardware, nothing more. Sony doesn't ban hardware, your firmware is simply too low to go online. Either get PSNLover (if that still works) or upgrade to the latest official firmware.
About the problem with the error message: That application is simply too old.

kingdom hearts birth by sleep but when i go online it just says connection lost i looked around online and found that the error is caused by wrong mac address and to prove it was correct my friend had the same problem antill he changed his mac address with kxploit mac address changer but when i run it i get the 80020148 error
80020148 - Unsupported PRX type | This error also seems to appear when you are running an iso with a fake mem.
-Upgrade to a newer custom firmware, or u are using official firmware and u need to downgrade then install CF.
-If not, it is probably a config error/bug and 99% of the time it will be fixed if u "delete flash1 and reset settings" in Recovery>Advanced.
-Often occurs when upgrading from a older OE/SE to M33.
-can also be bad/corrupt iso -can be from not having 1.5 addon installed when running some homebrew(fat only)
-can be fake memcard.
-also occurs with older SE/OE firmware if u have umd mode set to M33 driver(fixed by changing to sonynp9660 or put in a umd)
-also can be fixed by upgrading to 3.52M33 from older CF.
This homebrew is from 2007 as far as I remember, so pretty sure it is pre-custom firmware. When the first custom firmware was released most homebrew had to be rewritten to fit it, this one here obviously wasn't.
