Going through the seller's reputation I would say chances are good it's real. Also I never heard of faked Sandisks, normally the fakes look like sony sticks.
Xbox 360: Slim untouched with a faked 320 GB harddrive for XBL, phat with LT 3.0, played Halo early, so going on live would be an instand ban, also with a faked 320 GB harddrive
PS3: Untouched 160 GB Slim, 60 GB Fat with latest Rogero and 160 GB internal harddrive.
PSVita: hardly ever play it
GameCube: Black with a Viper chip installed. With gameboy player. Trying to get a Wavebird controller.

I think the last post is bad advice. Sandisk cards are regularly pirated. Just google the topic.
If you really care about getting a genuine card, make sure to buy from a reputable online vendor or a brick and mortar store. In the US I can recommend Newegg.com or Buy.com - though don't use the marketplace vendors from buy.com or Amazon, that's no better than ebay.
A lot of fakes will work well - but others will give you slow transfer speeds and eventual failure. You'll know when you have a fake because your PSP will say "magicgate unknown" when you hit triangle to get the info on the card. You'll still be able to use it however.

Actually, even through google I didn't find a report about a fake sandisk stick, only fake sandisk CF cards.
And if there were, you could find them on dealextreme.com so I still say, there are no fake sandisk sticks.
Seeing the price it could also be real.

I'm amazed you can say that, because I found this within 1 minute of searching. In fact, the first hit on google for "sandisk pro duo fake":
http://www.overclockers.com.au/wiki/Fake_Memory_Cards
Scroll down and take a look at the Fake Sandisk Ultra 2 Pro Duo. I know there's tons more reports because I've seen them in the past. So I won't waste my time further. The info's easy to find.
