CW Cheat Help

So CW Cheat has been working on my psp until just recently when I got it back from analog repair. The plugins are enabled in the recovery menu but when I get in my game and hold select, the black screen doesn't show anymore. I'm using 5.50 GEN-D3 so I don't think that's the problem. Also, my select key works in the game. (Not sure about holding it though, any way to check?)

How do I get it to work?
