First you need the popsloader for your firmware, you may want to think about updating to the latest firmware as well (beware I do believe that it may screw up the save files for the games you have played)

Use google to search for poploader, it comes as 3 files and you put all three into the PSP/seplugins folder on the PSP (you will have to make one if you don't have one).

Go into recovery mode (turn the PSP completely off - hold the power button up for 5 - 10 secs) turn on the PSP whilst holding down the right top button, in this menu go to plugins and enable the popsloader. Exit and the PSP will restart.

When you start the PS1 game it will ask you which pops to use.

thank you for all your help kittymap really apreciate it,
I'll do that and let you know how i goes.
have you ever put ff7 or ff8 on your psp
did you find it difficult
what was the easiest way you found, in steps to put it on your psp
did you convert all 3 discs to one eboot
I know it's a lot of questions
it's a pain in the butt game to put on your psp.
maybe I'll just stick to playing it on my pc
thanks again

at the moment I'm working on psardumper to try to get 3.71 for popsloader, it's complecated, psar dumper says that it needs version 2.41 or higher and won't work, so that leaves me with trying to find another way of getting this to work, why can't they have a step by step thing, why do you have to download so many things,
thanks for messaging me and helping me
