How to fix Game could not be started 80010087

I have a PSP go with Hen 6.20 I have also games that I paid for that were giving me the Error "Game could not be started 80010087" after in installed Hen 6.20tn-D.
The way to fix it is as follows.
1st make sure you load Hen 6.20tn-d
2nd log into your Play station Account Management "Not the play station network where you actually downloaded the game"
3rd once your signed in you will have 4 options: 1. Account information 2. Redeem codes 3. Transaction Management 4. System activation.
4th Select System Activation
4th Select Game
5th When its done activating go and play.
