i wanted to know if you have the UMD version of kenka bancho
and have m-33 latest version is it possible to play the game
without having trouble with the moves inf loop?

Step 1: Set CPU and BUS speed to "Default"
this is for creating a new game, to bypass the game freeze about, after fighting the two enemies in the station
Step 2: "USE" the file compression "ISO" not CSO
to stop the infinite loop loading screen on accessing the MOVES (1.5-2 seconds it should load)

AND i am using 5.50 GEN-D2

well that's how i fixed mine, without using any patches of the game
