PSPDisp problem

Hi everyone this is my first thread. So I own a psp that can play homebrew games,but what I'm trying to do lately is to install that PSPDisp v 0.4 . I have installed it on the PC but when I try to load the application on the psp this Error appears:
"Could not intialize the JPEG library.
You most probably get this error because you are running PSPDisp from the 1.50 kernel game folder.
Move the game files to the newer kernel folder or change the krnel mode for the /PSP/GAME folder in the recovery menu"
I don't quite undesrtand what to do to solve this problem even if it says what to do :P :S I got three GAME folders on my PSP ,one is named GAME ,the other one is GAME150 ,and the other one is GAME371. I moved that PSPDisp folder firstly to the GAME Folder ,and the error appeared and the same thing happened when I moved the folder in to those other two hame folders. In the recovery menu --> Configuration it was set to 3.71 Kernel and I could change it to 1.50(and vice-versa). Although I treid both cases the error keeps on appearing :( What do I have to do? Can someone please give specific guidelines ?

First off, lol,It kinda sounded like you answered your own question.
Ive tryed using it myself and got it to work through usb.
Try downloading it from a diffrent place.(E.G. www.psp-hacks.com)
