Cwcheat not working, select button not bringing up Cwcheat Menu

I'm trying to get Cwcheat to work with my PSP 3001 system, i'm running 6.35 PRO-B and VSH PRO Menu. I've enabled all the plugins, but cannot get the Cwcheat menu to pop up after holding the SELECT button. Does anyone have any ideas or helpful tips?
