I have an old 1001 ( I believe ) psp. It has lines on half of the screen or it blanks green or blacks out. At points in time if I push the screen or in the back of it, the screen will display a whole screen, but in time or when the power dies, it's back to half of the screen displaying a correct picture. Does it need a new screen, or is it possible to fix this issue by going under the hood so to speak. I could possibly get it repaired, but depending on cost it might just be better to get a replacement.

The replacement parts are fairly cheap on Ebay if you need to replace any of them.
