PSP(VC): No Video, just audio?

Hi there,

Friend of mine's trying to convert videos for her PSP, but there's a big problem:
Converted videos when played on her PSP, have audio but no video.

She's using PSP Video Converter 3.91. Her CCCP is up to date as well.

She's throwing her videos in the correct folder too, so no problems there.

Her PSP is the phat model, and has never been jailbreaked.

Anyone know what's going wrong here?
