I need to build my dad a new PC, his just died, randomly turns off, too many problems etc. etc., I want to spend $250-300. I already have the Hard Drive and the DVD drive (those survived). I need CPU, Motherboard, no video card, RAM, power supply and case - he doesn't need it (video card integrated is fine). His current one was 1gig DDR ram, 2.0ghz Pentium D processor, probably 300W power supply, so something the same or a bit more.

Anyone have any ideas?

Read it again, everything you need is there. AMD CPU and AMD mobo. Look at the links.
