That should be a good build. Take a look at this video card. It's a bit more expensive, but it's faster, has a rebate, and a free game download.

Another thing you can do is wait a bit longer. AMD's new Bulldozer line should be coming out soon, perhaps by the end of the month. You might decide that you want that CPU, for you build instead.
