YO-
can some of u help me out PLEASE...
this is my windows on 1 HDD-
E8400 @ 3.00GHz,[Windows XP, 32-bit],[DirectX version-9.0c],[GeForce 9400,]
[Core clock-580 MHz],[Shader clock-1400 MHz],[Memory clock-1075 MHz (2150 MHz data rate)],[128 BIT,],512 MB..NVIDIA 9400 onboard
VISTA u 64 is the same except-
2nd HDD
[DirectX version-11],[Memory clock-800 MHz-(1600 MHz data rate)]
Total available graphics memory-1791 MB
Dedicated video memory:256 MB..NVIDIA 9400 onboard
1.does this mean XP is better to game on..?
2.i have this graphics booster in bios,,it goes up to 50 but when i set it to 8,,i get this - Core clock:626 MHz,,and Shader clock:1512 MHz..should i take advantage of this feature?will the lifespan drain?
3.i have 4gb so far,,and in bios its allowing me to set the GPU mb to 512MB...Use it?
4.i,am thinking of ordering 2 fans today, but i dont know if they are needed..these are some of the temps i,am getting with EVEREST Ultimate Edition v5.30..
HDD-43,HDD-36,GPU-71,MCP-73,CPU 1-43,CPU 2-43,CPU-34,MB-43..
but if i turn of both fans that came with the case, the temp would drop a little lower.meaning heat is coming in.what 2 do?
5.is it safe to use a Air Duster on the CPU Heatsink without taking it apart from the motherboard?it fill will grey stuff,,DUST?
6.is it also safe to keep the CPU fan on max always..without it i cant play any pc games and Emulators play ok but if the fan is on max there is no problem for Emulators or Pc games..this is the motherboard. [[GA-E7AUM-DS2H (rev. 1.0)]]

7.also,is there anything good about more mb on graphics,,like 256mb,512 mb 1gb..and would lending some of my ram to the graphics be any good ,like 256 now 512mb thru the ram and is it the same thing if i were 2 buy a 512mb graphics card.would they perform the same way?
8.how can u tell a max resolution on a graphics card s-video?in my house there is a 21 inch HDTV monitor and 2 HDMI TV but there wide screen so i'am on a 19 box shape dell monitor, and i have a old sharp tv and it has great quality and its in late 40inchs or early 50sss inches but no high stuff like HDMI ,,only s-video and lower and its not wide screen in which i want..but i cant tell what card i would need for s-video support that will give me full scrren..?i tried a geforce 4 mx from a old computer but still some borders and i was willing 2 accept it,,but cant find the right drivers, stuff just keep flickering...
ANY ANSWERED QUESTION WOULD DO...THANKS

1, Since your using onboard video, I would generally say XP will be better because it wont use as much of your limited system resources.
2, Never heard of such an option. Since your essentially OCing, yes it will decrease lifespan, and it will increase temps.
3, Never heard of such a thing.
4, Get Scythe fans, the temps are ok aside from the GPU, which should be dropped down a bit I would imagine.
5. I would remove it to be safe, but you need to remove the thermal paste and reapply it to the top of the cpu/heatsink.
6. Yes.
7. More memory doesnt mean its better. No its not the same. As it is now your GPU is built in to your mobo. This is ok for low end needs like internet browsing and word processing, and even though ROMs dont require much, a video card would lend much better performance to the computer.
8. Your mobo doesnt have s-video Secondly the bigger the monitor or tv the harder it is on your GPU. Third, the flickering is more of a sign of your GPU over heating because its pushed to hard.
9 Gigabyte says you would only be able to use PCI Express x16 cards. This severely limits your options in terms of quality cards. You can run any of these cards:

1. i,am no computer expert,,but i would think windows is mainly function threw RAM and less CPU work...and also i have both Vista 64 and Win7 64 and i think 4gb runs them great..still intend 2 install 4gb more ,,just to see what more can come out of 4GB TO 8GB..only when i used XP 32bit it run somewhat slow,,only 2.5GB was notice and maybe cuz it was a old XP 32 build..so all in all-i was talking about the graphics performance, like how XP32 is more than my other windows...
2.i look it up a while back, and its not overclocking, just give it a little push..if u dont want 2 use the feature just disable the option and your graphics performance will go back 2 default...
3.i have a Hybrid SLI Board,,so in bios it give me a option to set my graphics mb from 64-512mb but the default is 256mb but if i set it to 512mb it will take from the ram THUS giving me 512MB..but if i had a second GPU,,It would of combine both mb THUS leaving my ram to 4gb..

4.http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811998128
thats my case,so i ordered fans made by them..after the fan arrive,,i will look for any temp difference...
5.by u saying thermal paste,,i might be that and not dirt,,i know i just leak like some sticky glue like thing between the irons on the heatsink...just build this pc a few months ago,so i,am still young..
7.u might be thinking my onboard GPU does not play games,,i dont know--but so u know,,it does play any pc game i wanna play,,like crysis states it can run on med settings but i can still also turn a few features up higher, had batman mostly on high but street fighter 4 on max except thta ssa thing,,cant remember it letters,a well as other game with no problems at resolution 1280x1024 on a 19inch monitor and 1680x1+[cant remember] 21 monitor but thats a widescreen 21HDTV monitor,,thus i avoid it..so i am mainly asking should i make use of the options in bios as to what i have as default..[ROMS]no,i use Dolphin and Pcsx2 and a dreamcast emulator if i,am not into playing any pc games..roms would be snes,nes,gbadvance-dont use them.
8.i know there is no s-video,,so iam thinking of getting a GPU that has a s-video,but just a bit so-so about buying it cuz i want a GPU that will give me a good resolution from the s-video to my tv,,i will call a few tech places to be correct on it..yeah i know higher RES need more FOOD..third-it was a very old gpu that came from a old desktop, and i know over heating can sometimes be the case but in this matter, ithink it was just driver issue.i could play a standard quality vid but if i try something higher it shows but flicker a bit...but i removed it..it had some borders but not that big,,so iam thinking any updated gpu that would give even a better resolution and might also go full screen..but i will look more into it..like i was saying,,there is no problem with gaming, from speed or in graphic settings,,i had seconds thoughts on buying a next gpu just to make use of my tv mostly for my high def vidsss, but i guess i will also use it for gaming,,cuz anyway u look at it,,it will be higher than my onboard gpu...
9.http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=4410107&CatId=2014
thats the motherboard,,theres also the video stating 2.0PCI AND the pictures have it..so GPU card is no issue...
10.THANKS
