I think it looks good but a different case and PSU are a MUST..
A corsair or antec psu of 550W to 650W at the most will still probably be too much but a waaaay better choice than rosewill.
motherboard and cpu are both great choices but I would go for a quad for a bit more. the q9550 is about 210$ and can be easily overclocked (If you wanted) to around 3.5-4GHz
RAM Is Great Hard drives look good but get WD caviar black, their Alot faster than the greens, I learned that the hard way lol.. all 7200Rpm arent the same speed. and last... youll NEED a graphics card whether your gaming or not because that motherboard dosent have intergrated graphics.
Hope this helps

Yes thanks! This is actually for a shy friend. Many folks do not appreciate the power of some of the AD forums like this one. The last PC I built EVERY part I used showed up on buyers awards for best bang for the buck.

You know your stuff!

Thanks Again!

PSU: 0/10 - deathtrap - recommended replacement: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139008
Motherboard: 8/10 - designed for dual graphics, you're presumably not since you even forgot to include one initially. Recommended replacement: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128380
CPU: 10/10 - Great value, great performer, very efficient, very overclockable
RAM: 5/10 - A lot to pay for memory like that, as it's older stock. This is better:

Recommended GPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102824
HDD: 4/10 - enterprise grade drive, you're paying twice as much as you should be for features you don't need. Recommended replacement: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136284
DVD: 10/10

I completely forgot that the corsair RAM has an upgraded version.. (....and I have it in my computer right now...)
anyways what Sam just listed should be your final choice (or close) unless you dont plan on gaming. In that case look for something in the ATI 3600 series for about half that price but the 4850 for 95$ free shipping is a steal.

Go for the HD4550 or HD4650 over any HD3650 card, better value, better driver support, more efficient, etc, etc.

Thanks guys!

I hope my young friend will post his own questions in the future. I think you all 'smoked' his expert source. I personnaly wouldn't think of building a computer without consulting you but then I know better.
