I'm about to order my case and wanted some input whether this would be a good setup or not..

Case:
http://www.aerocool.com.tw/pgs/pgs-v/pgs_v_vxr.htm
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811196035

4 Case Fans: ( 2 on the mesh side, panel 1 on the other side behind mobo and 1 under psu) The 3 on both sides panel will be controlled by the Case fan control:.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811999127

psu: Maybe I might go with a corsair or Ozc
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817182191

Card Reader: (this is just to fill up the extra space NO FLOPPY DRIVE FOR ME):
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820276003

Front Case Fan: This fan is only for the front of the case to connect with the mobo fan plug. It needs a led to see the affects of the case (Should I use blue or a Multi led ?????)

Most of your links are broken.

The case looks acceptable for a basic build...so long as it does not cost too much. Personaly, I don't like toolless cases because they are usualy rickety, but sometimes a company gets it right.

Links still dont work, when your copying and pasting a post from another site the forum usually shrinks the url from a visible stand point by putting some ... in there, and when you try to copy and paste the post as it appears when its posted, this is what happens. Thats why you always edit the post and then copy and paste.

The case is cheap but should be alright, the PSU, your best bet is Corsair.

The card reader sounds like a waste of money. From the sounds of it your simply throwing it in there to take up a bay which is pointless.

Nothing much to add, except for the Thermaltake fans will probably be quite loud, and if the OCZ PSU is anything like there RAM its probably mediocre.

OCZ can't seem to do anything right these days...Corsair is clearly better at both ram and power supplies.

I'd get one of these power supplies:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139005
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139006

From what I have heard, this might be the best sub-$50 internal card reader:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820816001

All of the fans you listed use cheap sleeve bearings; they are junk.

Scythe makes nice fans, here are three of their best:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835185006 - 63.7CFM / 28.0 dBA
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835185005 - 49.0CFM / 20.1 dBA
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835185004 - 33.5CFM / 8.7 dBA

Gelid also makes nice stuff, for a good price. Here is a nice one from them:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835426015 - 58.0CFM/ 25.5 dBA

Here is a halfway-decent fan with blue LEDs:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835200028

Also, I am not sure you NEED a LED fan for the front...a cold cathode might serve you better and save you from having to use an inferior fan.
