Hey guys. I have had my current pc for about 3 years. I think its time to update it with fresh parts for the 2010 year of gaming! I need suggestions and guidance on what I should do to restore my PC to handle anything I throw at it.

tRc = 28
tWr = 6
tRrd = 4
tRwt = 6
tWtr = 10
tWrrd = 0
tWrwr = 2
tRdrd = 3
tRef = 0

========== GPU's Core and Memory Speed Information ==========

GPU Core Speed = 600
GPU Memory Speed = 725

========== System Voltage Information ==========

CPU Voltage = 1.450 v
Core Voltage = 1.500 v
AGP Voltage = 1.400 v
Aux Voltage = 1.500 v
Memory Voltage = 2.000 v

========== Processor and System's Temperature Information ==========

CPU Temperature = 39 C
Second CPU Temperature = Not Reported
System Temperature = 30 C
GPU 0 Temperature = 53 C

I have an antec 180 case, a evga nforce 680i lt mobo 775, a intel core 2 duo 4300 (overclocked at 3ghz).. A zalman 9750 cpu heatsink, a stick of corsair 1 gig ddr2 800, a seagate 7900rpm harddrive, a 600 watt ultra xfinity psu (sli ready), and a lite-on dvd-rw LH-20A1L.

Thanks if you have got this far. Please let me know what I should ask for Christmas to get my computer back on its feet running.

Well, how much are you willing to spend? Can't really make any suggestions until I know that.

Sam's question not withstanding, I think a good place to start would be to swap out your C2D 4300 for a Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 Yorkfield 2.83GHz 12MB L2 Cache and at least one additional GB of memory.

Since you're already OC'ing your memory by 25% you might consider upgrading all of your RAM and getting two 2GB sticks of 1600 MHz memory.
