Ok, I have a verizon FIOS modem hooked up to a belkin wireless N router that is downstairs. Im currently up stairs and get internet through a USB adapter that connects to the Belkin router downstairs.

I got a second computer I want to get internet with but the USB adapter is incompatable with it (Windows 7 64-Bit) Sooooo.. How can I use a second router (Upstairs) to connect to the first router (downstairs) wirelessly, so I can use an ethernet cable on the second PC with 64-Bit? I know this is alot but I'd rather not have to buy a new adapter when I know routers can act as bridges to each other for free.
Thanks

Depending on what router you have upstairs, you might be able to put it into access point mode (almsot all have this functionality, but some will not be an access point to the cat5 ports).

The one downstairs is

and the one I want it to connect to is

(Couldnt find too many other links)
I just want to extend the connection to the second router to use ethernet (Should be faster for both computers rather than the USB adapter + I got a PS3)

You know, I cant really find the second router I listed. What would be a good choice to extend the range thats not too expensive.
thanks
