Does any one know how to fix it? I am plugged into a Sony Bravia 120hz 40" with an HDMI cable.

Looks like just a buggy webpage to me, has nothing to do with your PC.

I opened up the webpage in firefox/chrome/kmeleon and didn't encounter the problem. I did notice if I zoom in on the webpage, I encounter the same problem that you got.

Then it's a glitch with that website and firefox, not a display issue.

I think you should just zoom out and you won't have the problem.

Depends, sometimes the glitch can be solved by changing the font/size zoom, sometimes by scrolling all the way down and back up, it's just something that happens.
