G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333

AMD Athlon II X4 630 Propus 2.8GHz Socket AM3 95W Quad-Core Processor

Antec Three Hundred Illusion Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

my budget is around 500$. i just need a graphics card to finish it off. what would be a good one to get for around 100-150$?
also can i use a old harddrive on a new comp or would i have to format it?
