Ok I have listened to several of you on alot of stuff. This is what I now have. The only thing I really am unsure of is the memory and verion of Windows 7. What do you all think? I do not know anything about memory latency or timing. Is this something I am going to have problems with? What timing am I looking for or latency?

Case Antec 900

O/s Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

HD Western Digital Cav Black 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0GB/Sec

Mobo Gigabyte GA P55A-UD3 LGA 1156 Intel P55 SATA 6 GB/sec ATX Mobo

Proc Intel core i5-760 Lynnfield 2.8 LGA 1156 95 w Quad Core

Memory Corsair XMS3 4 GB (2 x 2GB) 240 pin DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Mem

Power Corsair CMPSU-650 TX 650W ATX12V EPS 12V SLI REady, Crossfire Ready

DVD Writer Lite On 24X DVD Writer SATA Model IHASA-324-Bk

Card Read Rosewill RCB-IM5001 USB 2.0 75 in 1 Inernal Card Reader

Vid Card EVGA 768-P3-1360-TR Geoforce GTX 460 (Fermi) 768 MB 192 Bit PCI Exp 2.0 x 16 Card

Please advise especially about the memory (Different Brands??) and Windows Version (7Prof??)

I do not know much about memory timings or changing them so the memory needs to be more or less install and go!

Thank you so much all of you for your help.

Really you should stick to your first thread for this, but since it's here:

Case: 5/10 - poorly designed, overpriced. Use the NZXT Tempest Evo, or if you absolutely have to have Antec, the Nine Hundred Two. Much better cases.
HDD: 10/10
M/B: 10/10
CPU: 10/10
PSU: 10/10
GPU: 7/10 - EVGA aren't the best partner brand, and nvidia cards don't last that long (typically 2-3 years), so bear that in mind. An HD5830 may be slightly more expensive, but will last longer, and is slightly more powerful.
