I trying to find a motherboard for my build but I'm lost I want to run a AMD Phenom II X4 965 125w processor with 4 ddr3 ram slots. I plan on running a radeon graphics card, dual harddrives, dual burners, and windows 7. I'm not into overclocking so thats not a factor for me. I'm not sure which company is better asus, gigabyte , msi , ect I'm looking for one around 100 dollars.

Gigabyte is far better than those other two brands.

Here is a board that fits all your requirements: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128443

I was looking into the asus boards and I found this one
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131406&Tpk=M4A785TD-M%20EVO
but there are two models the one above and this one
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131609&Tpk=M4A785T-M
The bottom one says corporate service model what is the difference between the two?

Asus stuff is terrible, most of their products only last a few months before they have to be replaced, over and over again.

I'd say something like:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128444

Thanks for the info I decided to go with the asus http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131406&Tpk=M4A785TD-M%20EVO&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&AID=10446076&PID=4129487&SID=skim4051X642410
but I'm going to go with the gigabyte board you suggested for my next build. Does gigabyte have a mid atx board of that model?

Yes, this one:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128394
but it uses DDR2 memory instead of the DDR3 the Asus uses.

OK then for my next build I'm going to go with the full atx gigabyte board.
