Those are woefully inadequate specs. We need the specifics on which CPU, which memory, which hard disk and so on - it would be much easier just to give us the links to where you found the PCs. "Geforce 1GB" is completely irrelevant - we need more information.

sorry for the few information but i am not an expert.also i found them in a store not online,so i can not give u the link.
i mean by "geforce 1gb" the video card and it is nividia.
sorry again for the few information, but all i want to know
1)if the two computers have the same specs but the difference is in the processor which is better (espicially for gaming)intel 3.6ghz or amd 1640 dual core>
2)will any processor from the two above play new games?
and again very sorry for the lack of information i know i caused u a lot of trouble.

Again, those specs don't really tell me anything. If you found them in a store, you should really try and give more details.
The CPU specs are wrong, as there is no 3.6Ghz laptop CPU from Intel (these I assume are laptops due to the code 1640, since that's not a desktop processor). I presume you got 3.6Ghz from it being a 1.8Ghz dual core - that's not how clock speeds work.
geforce 1GB is probably basic integrated graphics with turbocache, so neither will be at all suitable for games. There is also no such thing as a 230GB HDD, only a 250, which after formatting will be 232GB. I can't say which PC is better because all the stats are wrong.

Then one of those specs are right - seriously, if it's from a shop, get a picture of the poster for it or something, as all the info you've posted is wrong.

You can't answer that question like that, it's too ambiguous. Ask me is this specific intel better than this AMD and I will be able to tell you.

Just tell him Intel is better and be done with it ;)
Intel Core i7 975 ^.^
But yes; before anyone can give you an informed response we need to know far more detailed specifications than you've given us - most of what you've said could apply to a lot of different products with widely varying performance.
PSP, all the way from 1.00 to 5.50 GEN D2 - DS Lite w/ M3DS Real (M3 Sakura v1.34)

Stuff we need to know:
1. AMD or Intel and Model (Athlon, Opteron, Core 2 duo, Pentium, Centrino etc...); Clock speeds; Dual or Single core?
2. RAM, total size (1 GB, 2 GB etc...) and how many sticks of each (2x1 GB=2GB) (this isn't required but nice to know); DDR, DDR2, or DDR3?
3. Type of video card (ATI or Nvidia); Model number (Geforce 7200, 8800, 9800, etc...; GT, GTS, or GTX for Nvidia cards; Radeon 4850, 3600, etc...); How much onboard VRAM it has (256 MB, 512 MB, 1 GB etc...)
4. Installed OS Windows XP, Vista or is it a Mac?
Those are the bare minimum to make an educated guess. Or to make it simple, can you give a make/model of the computers you would like to compare so we can get an idea? Is it an HP Pavilion xxxx, a Compaq Presario xxxx, an E-Machines (lol), a Gateway SX, DX, LX, or FX?
