I am thinking about building a gaming pc, however with a low-ish budget (max 620 or so), I have to find a good low budget setup.

My current setup I have in mind:

Case:

XCLIO Windtunnel Fully Black Finish 1.0 mm SECC Chassis ATX Full Tower Computer Case - Retail - $79.99

Mobo:

GIGABYTE GA-MA770T-UD3P AM3 AMD 770 ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail - $79.99 + $10 mail in rebate

Graphics:

XFX HD-477A-YDFC Radeon HD 4770 512MB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card - Retail - $114.99

PSU:

OCZ StealthXStream OCZ700SXS 700W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready Active PFC Power Supply - Retail - $79.99 + $25.00 mail-in rebate

RAM:

Crucial Ballistix Tracer 1GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory (with LEDs) Model BL12864TR1608 - Retail - $33.99, Might get 2 of these.

Processor:

AMD Phenom II X2 550 Black Edition Callisto 3.1GHz Socket AM3 80W Dual-Core Processor Model HDZ550WFGIBOX - Retail - $99.00

CPU Cooler:

ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2 92mm Fluid Dynamic CPU Cooler - Retail - $34.98\

Other:

Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Compound - OEM -Cause I don't have it at the moment, $8 (getting 2)

Hard drive and DVD drive:

LG DVD Burner - Bulk Black SATA Model GH24NS50 - OEM - $27.99

Western Digital Caviar Blue WD3200AAKS 320GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive - $49.99

Total cost: $624.47 including cables. (I might be able to get cables for free and lower the price by $5)

Total after rebates: $589.47

Is this a good setup and is there any conflicts? Thanks in advance.

PS: I'm mainly going to be playing steam games with it (such as L4D(2), CS:S, TF2, HL2(EP2, EP1), Bioshock, etc... So this graphics card seems to suffice.

Also, getting these from newegg.

EDIT: Changed Graphics card to xfx radeon hd 4770
EDIT: Case changed to Xclio Windtunnel
EDIT: DVD drive/hdd
