Right now priority is Diablo 3 and Arma 2. In the future I would like to pick up Generals 2 and Company of Heroes 2.
However like I said Diablo 3 is the primary obj. I just want to be able to play it nice and smooth. Arma 2 as well if I can but I doubt that it will be played much when the stated releases.

You seemed to have picked the right parts and everything. 8GB RAM is more then enough to run Diablo 3 and the i5 is a quad core, so a plus there, and 750W is more then enough!
My current setup has the i7-2600K, 16GB RAM, and an nVidia GFX 640, and I can play Fallout: New Vegas, on ultra settings, and I've played Diablo 3 on it without issues as well!
The biostar brand is not especially well-received for quality, from what i have heard. It may be fine, but check around for comparable boards from other brands to see what you come up with.
Ivy bridge i5's may be comparable price and i think work with the z77 mobo's. they are more effecient, for clock and power consumption. I do not think a i7 will be necessary for you.
GFX - good choice of brand and chip
PSU is a good brand as far as I am concerned.
RAM is stable and reliable. check that the voltage is correct between MOBO and RAM (i.e. - 1.5V or what-have-you)
ALSO, have a knowledgeable friend on hand if you plan to assemble it yourself, or have it in your budget to pay for an hour or two of a shop's time for assembly. Just a suggestion; you can feel free to disregard this.
