After currency conversion, shipping, and VAT, the retail version from the USA would still be cheaper for someone in the UK to buy than the OEM part bought from the UK.

all iam trying to say is oem should be cheaper in any country regardless as they do not com with heatsink or boxed like retail i always buy oem cpuz as i always use aftermarket coolers.
