Case: 10/10 - A top cheap case
Motherboard: 1/10 - ASRock stuff is just plain awful. Switch to a Gigabyte equivalent to that board.
CPU: 6/10 - OK for a cheap build, but there's no excuse for a dual core on that budget. Swap it for an Athlon II X4 630. You won't regret it.
GPU: 9/10 - The HD5770 is a good card. I'm not a big fan of Sapphire, but since it's a reference card it should be relatively trouble free.
RAM: 8/10 - Some compatibility issues with G-Skill products. Switch to Corsair XMS3.
PSU: 7/10 - Very good, but massively expensive, and massive overkill. A Corsair HX 430W is ample for your system, it will be using around 180W at full load, if that.
HDD: 7/10 - Samsung drives aren't very high quality. I'd switch to a 500GB WD Caviar Black, WD5001AALS specifically.

You may want to look into buying this case, it's much cheaper. I have it, and it's great.

The cooling performance of the Gamma is pretty poor until you add more fans. Fans aren't expensive, but that upgrade somewhat reduces the otherwise good value of the case, as for the money you'd get better cases that already come with fans, such as the Three Hundred.
If, however, you can get away with the single fan the Gamma comes with (this system does fall into that category) the Gamma is pretty much without rival for value in terms of what you get and how well its built. It is, however, one of the more controversially styled cases out there.

There isn't really an exacting PC build, if you have specific needs starting your own thread might be easier, rather than just copycatting someone else's build :P
