What a lot of people do, is they get a small SSD Drive, and use that for the installation of Windows, and files and other programs, then you have a large HDD to store your games and what not.
I've got a 120GB SSD, for Windows 7, and then a 3TB for everything else that I have.

I usually go to NewEgg to build the computers, but then look around on the web to see if I can find the parts for cheaper! So try out NewEgg and see how that works out for you!
