Still running my q6600 at 3.0ghz with an msi 560ti and 8gig, but then I saw this the other day on craigslist.

I'd call that a good deal, since the i7-2600K itself is usually in the $300 price range. Video card seems a bit small with the 512MB, but it's not bad.
I would say it's a nice one for sure, could use a few upgrades though.

Nice Proc, CPU cooler and sound card. Good Ram .
GFX card, though, if you buy this rig, may want to keep it as a troubleshooting card and put in a diff. one for everyday use.
Make sure to test before buying if you can.
