custom winterboard lockscreen and notification centre

Hi guys, i have an ipod touch 4g jailbroken with evasion currently running ios 6.1.2.
Yesterday I decided to install a custom lockscreen with winterboard. I installed Bulatech HD from cydia and enabled it with winterboard. Everything went well, i unlocked my ipod and when i swiped down the notification centre with nc settings that i had installed previously, the springboard crashed and entered safe mode. This happens everytime. But when i disabled the lockscreen through winterboard and then pull down notification center all goes well. I really like the lockscreen but i also use notification centre a lot. Anyone know a solution where as i can keep the lockscreen and nc settings?
