IPad 2 Winterboard not working

Hi,
I have iPad 2 jailbreak 5.1.1 untethered, everything has been running real smooth & everything has been loading on perfect. Winterboard loaded on no troubles at all, but, any/all ipad themes that i install wont load. Not even the default themes will load after a respring. Like nothing!! After respringing after choosing a theme, it goes back to the original theme as if winterboard wasnt even on the ipad, weird. What should i do to get these themes up and running?
