i want to know if there are certain models of the iphone which cant be jail broken?

well, at the moment all iphones can be jailbroken except this on the newly released 3.1.3 Firmware

according to http://www.jailbreakingtheipad.com/2010/...e-all-new-ipad/ it wont take very long to jailbreak the ipad / iphone, as they both will be using the same firmware
