general media question for jailbroken iphone 4

I have two questions dont want to use itunes. I am running 4.2.1 on a jailbroken att iphone 4.

1. I am trying to figure out how to create folders within the "camera roll" so every picture isnt in the same folder.

2. I figured out how to ftp pictures to my pc, but cant figure out hot to ftp pictures from my pc to my iphone.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!
