It appears from my own personal experience and from a huge amount of reviews online that Phix clothing are running some kind of scam.
I ordered an item back 2 months ago, and received an email saying it was out of stock and I would receive a refund.
It's been 2 months now, 3 emails and 3 phones calls later, and still no refund received, despite each time them telling me it would be with me by 2pm the next day.
It has also been over 45 days, so I cannot file a dispute on PayPal.
I am appalled by this scam, and urge for no one to deal with this company.
If you google reviews, you will find is same story come up time and time again. It's fraud and they shouldn't be able to get away with it.
