Hello to all ...

I would like to buy a dvd recorder. I would prefer to buy the type of dvd
recorder which has an ide optical dvd drive that can be replaced if need be.
I currently own a Panasonic DMR-EZ475V vhs dvd recorder & have had good
luck with it. I am not looking for another vhs/dvd recorder. I would
like to have a standalone unit where the dvd drive is replaceable.
Even if it is one from Europe or someplace like that ... So long
as it can be modified - I would appreciate any help- Thanks ...
