I have No sound through the tuner or the VCR. It doesn't work through the COAX or the RCA connections. Strangely enough I have sound when playing a DVD. LG customer service refered me to Zenith service and they were no help at all. So, I need to know part numbers to order to replace and fix the problem. Is there a way to run a diagnostic?
