I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace android mobile but I am little bit confused about it ram because my ram memory is going to full day by day. It seems to me that my mobile now works slowly. What should I do? please help me, Thanks!

Don't know if you've solved your problem yet but you might have lots of open apps if so, close them all and start again, apps/services may not be running but are eating up memory. If this is not the issue Titanium Backup will help you with app freezing.
