Hi guys,

I have HTC desire that will not boot at all unless i keep the battery out for a while then I am able to turn it on and just get a white screen with the HTC logo in the middle, the screen just freezes there and there is no progression, after much research I have not been able to find a cure to this problem.

I am able to get into the recovery mode screen and have tried all the options, my question now is in the current state of the phone will I be able to flash a ROM via the recovery mode screen ( will this be of any benefit?) or is there anything else i can do to try and resolve this issue
