Is there anyway to video call using WiFi? I can't utilize the 3g because I am on T-mobile.

yea skype you can't use the 3g because your phone plan doesnt have 3g t-mobile has to have the 3 g turned on on your sim card in order for it to work

I have my 3g just the frequency on this phone won't allow me to utilize it.

it's not frequency based though all cell phones are universal it should work no matter what country you are in
