Video Formats for ShowCenter 200

I have a couple of ShowCenter 200 wireless Media boxes. Been using them for a couple of years now without any issues.

For a long time, most were uploading vids in AVI format that works great for my Pinnacle Media and ShowCenter. However, recently more and more vids are showing up as MP4 and 720p from where I used to get AVI. MP4 and 720p does not work as is on my setup.

I tried to convert one of the MP4 vids into AVI using a couple of conversion apps and the resulting AVI did not work on my setup. I'm not sure what to do to make the MP4 vids compatible with my media setup.

Anyone familiar with this and have any suggestions?
