Sony have offered a replacement TV help needed

Hi Guys,

I was wondering if anyone could help me,

I recently had a Sony kdl-46w4500 i had this for a few years and really happy with it,
I took out 5 yr warranty on it and it recently failed.

The store said they would repair but it now seems they cant get the parts they need,
they have offered me a Sony kdl-46hx753 as a replacement.

I have literally no idea about TVs so I was wondering what your thoughts o this are,
to me it looks pretty good as its 3d for a start, has wifi and loads of other new features.

Its also LED and the old one was LCD, again i have no idea whether this is good or bad,

Any thoughts would be really appreciated before I say yes or no
