Aimersoft DRM Converter to DVD MPG - HELP!

Greets - From what I can tell, the only way to convert Amazon Instant Video into DRM free is the Aimersoft program (FreeWMV and the rest don't seem to work). However, that software outputs MPEG2 files which are not DVD compliant (not only does Encore want to reencode but utilities that test a MPG for compliance show that it fails). This is even with choosing MPG2, AC3 Audio, 48000Khz.

Does anyone either have any specific idea how to output DVD compliant MPGs or, if not, any helpful hints to minimize the quality loss when Encore insists on transcoding.

Advice is appreciated.
