I'm currently trying to back up my DVD collection onto a hard drive. What I'm doing is ripping my DVDs with DVDFab to their video_ts folders, then converting those to a single .avi with AutoGK. The problem is that in some (not all), the audio is not in sync. What is causing this?

Try running the ripped files through FixVTS before AGK or use DVDFab 'Main Movie Only' then FixVTS.
