AVI Converter Help Needed

Hi Everyone

1) I have 2 AVI files that will not play in Quicktime
2) When I burn the AVI file(s) to DVD to play on a home DVD player, it's all fine apart from the fact there is no sound?

Does anyone know how I can burn to DVD without loosing the sound?

(PS: The AVI files WILL play in VLC and the sound is there)

Find out the type of audio the file is using.
In VLC, open the file, click 'Tools' > 'Media Information' > 'Codec Details' and post the information.
