Burning a mkv to AVCHD problem. Please help.

I have been using MultiAVCHD to burn mkv files to AVCHD discs. I downloaded a rip of Tron Legacy 3D in 1080p and mkv. I burnt it with MultiAVCHD and watched it on my blu ray player. It starts off perfectly fine but after awhile, the sound goes out of sync. The original mkv is perfect so I know somewhere along the lines of MultiAVCHD, it goes out of sync. Does anyone know how I can fix this? I've kept the file on my pc for a month or so so I'd really like to get this figured out as soon as possible. Here are the specs of the file:
