Hi, I have been surfing around reading all sorts of guides and tried all sorts of softwares but so far nothing really did what I wanted. I have been downloading some jap dvd rips (mainly because they are not on sale) and I have been getting them in 2 parts. So my question is: Is there a way to combine the 2 parts together into 1 avi file (2 avi and 2 .sub files)? Thanks in advance!

You can join (append) AVI files using Avidemux.
Subtitle Workshop can be used to join and sync many text based subtitles.
