Can someone please please please help me with this/ Purchased a video and need to convert to avi. Tried many programs that say they will convert m4v to avi but after itunes pops up it either freezes or wont start converting. Please help. Thanks.

m4v & mp4 are one and the same all that's done is the extension is changed so changing m4v to mp4 will accomplish this the reason m4v exists is for the small apple products like phones,players etc however if you still need to convert to avi

It's not just as easy as changing from m4v to mp4. The file s are drm protected and doesn't allow you to convert on normal video converter programs.

Like looking for a needle in a haystack couldn't find a dam freebie converter only this,best bet download it from torrent in avi format
