DTS Express - Demux & Convert from Bluray!!???

I'm currently attempting to backup 'Wrath Of The Titans' to .mkv. Normally in the past with my Bluray's I would delete any PIP video/audio content as TsMuxer would detect the video stream but ignore the audio associated with it (DTS Express; DTS-E). This time I decided to attempt to extract both streams of the PIP content with other software.

I've Googled & Googled, reading forums posts that state the only filter available at this stage for DTS-E is the 'ArcSoft DTS Decoder' which can be used alongside with ClownBD.

With ClownBD+Arcsoft, I've managed to demux the original DTS-E but is unplayable on my system (Win7 x64) even with VLC Player, K-Lite codec pack & the ArcSoft decoder installed. You also have to option to demux & convert the audio automatically to AC3 which is what I want. The conversion is playable but unfortunately it plays x3 times fast sounding like chipmunks on meth!!!. There is a 'FPS' option to 'speedup' or 'slow down' the audio but seems to make no difference!!???
ClownBD + Arcsoft is the only bundle that has allowed me to get this far but I just cant convert the express stream, nor import it into any other program.
Has anyone succeeded in demuxing & converting DTS Express audio with ClownBD or any other software???
