How To Burn AVI (BluRay Rip) onto DVD

Would anyone if this is possible ? The AVI size is over 2.9GB in size. What software can do this ? Ive tried DVDFab DVD Creator but the burn did not work. The burned DVD would not load in the DVD Player and nor would Windows XP recognize the DVD once the burn was successfully burned.

dvdflick will convert it to dvd for playback on a standard dvd player also comes with imgburn and can automatically burn it to disc.
